PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR BUSINESS IS INCORPORATED AND YOU ARE CHANGING BUSINESS NAMES, YOU MUST APPLY FOR A NEW LICENSE!

Motor Fuel Distributor Registration
|
All persons or firms who are engaged in the distribution of gasoline or other motor fuels, including but not limited to diesel fuel, within Suffolk County are required to be registered with the Suffolk County Office of Consumer Affairs. Submit the completed application together with the appropriate business papers and a check or money order in the amount of $425 for a two-year registration to the Office of Consumer Affairs. |

Motor Fuels Facilities Certificate of Registration
|
All motor fuel facilities that offer for sale or sell motor fuel within Suffolk County must register with the Suffolk County Office of Consumer Affairs. Submit the completed application together with the appropriate business papers and a check or money order in the amount of $150 for a two-year registration to the Office of Consumer Affairs. |
