From the west:   LIE to exit 71 (Route 24 South) make right and proceed approximately four miles. You will pass the jail; make your first right onto County Road 51 (Center Drive). Proceed to the second parking lot and make a right.  We are in the first building on your right located on the first floor.  

  
From the west:  Sunrise Hwy. Exit 61, follow the sign for Riverhead, merge on to County Road 51 North. Proceed approximately eight miles.  The CountyCenter is on the left.Proceed to the second parking lot and make a left.  We are in the first building on your right located on the first floor.

 
From the east:   From the North Fork take Main Road (Route 25) to Route 105 South (Cross River Dr.) make a left.  At the second  traffic light make a right on to Route 24, proceed to traffic circle, take the second right on to Nugent Dr.(Route 24)  Bear left on to Center Drive (County Road 51).   Proceed to the second parking lot and make a right.  We are in the first building on your right located on the first floor. 

 
From the east:   From the South Fork take Sunrise Highway west to exit 65, proceed North on Route 24.  Proceed on Route 24 to the traffic circle; take the second right on to Nugent Dr (Route 24).  Bear left on to Center Drive (County Road 51).  Proceed to the second parking lot and make a right.  We are in the first building on your right located on the first floor.
