Suffolk Smokes Out Violators
Businesses Guilty of Selling Tobacco Products to Children
The New York State Adolescent Tobacco Use Prevention Act prohibits the sale of tobacco products to minors. The Suffolk County Department of Health Services enforces this law through compliance checks at tobacco retailers.
In accordance with New York State law, Suffolk County publishes the name and address of violators. The following locations have either pled guilty or have been found guilty of selling tobacco products to minors in the last 6 months of 2009.
