Foley Skilled Nursing Facility has only one mission: providing the finest possible care to those who come to us, whether as long-term residents; for short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation; or as part of our Adult Day Health Care program. Like privately owned facilities, we accept commercial insurance programs as well as Medicare and Medicaid; unlike them, our care is not influenced by the need to meet corporate profitability goals.
