Lakeland Park is a handicapped-accessible facility.

Picnic area with gazebo, boardwalks, shuffleboard, basketball courts, fishing.

Directions:  LIE to exit 58 south (Nichols Rd). Turn left at Johnson Avenue. Park entrance is one-half mile up the road, on the right.

This fully accessible facility, designed for the disabled and their families, includes a nature trail-boardwalk over the head-waters of the Connetquot River, affording unique views of wetland vegetation, waterfowl and fish. Organizational group use is available on a reservation basis.
