2009 Suffolk County Department of Parks Approved Picnic Caterers
Catered Events:
Any group utilizing a commercial caterer for an event MUST select from the approved caterer list below. These caterers have paid a fee for a License to do business in Suffolk County Parks and have submitted, for your protection, required health department certificates, food manager certificates and proof of liability insurance.
Permit Holders MUST notify Parks (854-4964) with the name of the licensed caterer selected two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date or upon application.
Failure of Permit Holder to acknowledge a catered event or an attempt to use an unauthorized caterer could result in food NOT being delivered to your area when the caterer tries to enter the park and also rejection of any future group permit applications by the applicant/organization.
