A 23 year old Brentwood man and his two codefendants pleaded not guilty today at their arraignment on an indictment charging them in the shooting death of a 47 year old man during a fight outside a bar in Brentwood last September, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.

The trial of a 37 year old Yaphank man who faces two counts of murder for a pair of separate slayings in Suffolk County in 2010 begins tomorrow in Riverhead, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.  Openings in the trial of Reginald Ross are scheduled for 10:30 am before State Supreme Court Justice William Condon (fourth floor of the courthouse).
