The two men most recently arrested by Riverhead Town police in an ongoing investigation of young men breaking and entering Splish Splash Water Park in Riverhead to ride their BMX bikes on the park’s slides and other equipment will appear in Riverhead Town Justice Court tomorrow, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.

A Holtsville man shot by a Suffolk County Police officer after resisting arrest and dragging the officer during a traffic stop early Sunday morning pleaded not guilty to DWI and other charges at a hospital arraignment today, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.

A Brooklyn man was arraigned on a five count indictment with impersonating a police officer and criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree.  He pleaded not guilty to a five count indictment.
