A jury has convicted a Massapequa man of murder in the second degree, two counts of attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree for his role in the shooting death of James Terry and wounding of two other men during a confrontation in the Andpress Plaza housing complex parking lot in North Amityville in January of 2010, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.
