A Suffolk hauler who last year pleaded guilty to four felony charges for the illegal dumping of tens of thousands of tons of contaminated construction debris containing contaminants classified as “acutely hazardous” or “hazardous” will be sentenced tomorrow morning, Thursday, April 27, in Central Islip, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.
