Real Property Tax Service Agency introduces:

AREIS – Advanced Real Estate Information System

AREIS is Real Property’s new subscription service.

Information on the Internet is a convenience for many individuals involved in research.   Real Property’s subscription allows the licensee to access real time data on parcel ownership and view parcel outlines.   

To register to use our demonstration system,please contact larry@suffolkcountyny.gov and we will provide you with login and password information within one business day. The annual license fee is $2,500 per annum for the first computer in your office or home, and $500 per annum for additional computers at the same location.    Please call our office for more details on how to get started at (631) 852-1550 and ask for Larry.
