1. What if I lost/forgot my User name?
   
   Please send an email stating your first and last name, and your password to

3. What if I can not open the PDF?

4. When I try to submit my answers for the quizzes, the screen freezes or goes blank — what should I do?
   
   Temporarily disable your Pop-up Blocker.

5. How long do I have to finish the course online?
   
   There is a 45 day time limit for completing the course.

6. How do I schedule the final examination date?
   
   After you have successfully completed the 19 lessons, you will be asked to register for the final exam. The final exam is given at our office in Yaphank. You must take the final exam within 90 days of completing the online course.

7. What happens if I fail the exam?
   
   If you fail the final exam you can retake the online course, register to take the oral exam or register to take the 3 day classroom course at our office in Yaphank.
