Social Work Services Full-time, professional social workers serve as advocates for our residents and their families. Among the services they provide are: Ongoing guidance, counseling and support Adjustment assistance for new residents and for those returning to their communities Facilitation of support groups and interdisciplinary meetings with the John J. Foley staff Advocacy for all levels of care, from sub-acute rehabilitation to long-term health treatment to end-of-life care
