IRIS SCAN CATCHES DWI IMPOSTER Using Iris Scan technology, Deputy Sheriff George Raynor caught Jose Figueroa, d.o.b. 12/20/81, posing as Jorge Romero.  Figueroa had been arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and appears to have used the false name to conceal a prior D.W.I. charge, as well as 27 suspensions and revocations of his New York State license.
