Notice is hereby given that the Suffolk County Department of Economic Development and Planning has received a Lease Site Relocation Application from a Cycle #3 Leaseholder, which requests the relocation from the current lease site location to a new/available lease site location. If the Leaseholder is successful in obtaining the required approval from the County, as well as, regulatory approval from the respective regulatory agencies; it will vacate its existing lease site and relocate to the newly approved site.
