Notice is hereby given that the Suffolk County Department of Economic Development and Planning has received a Lease Site Relocation Application from a Cycle #3 Leaseholder, which requests the relocation from the current lease site location to a new/available lease site location. If the Leaseholder is successful in obtaining the required approval from the County, as well as, regulatory approval from the respective regulatory agencies; it will vacate its existing lease site and relocate to the newly approved site.

Suffolk County Shellfish Aquaculture Lease Program in Peconic Bay and Gardiners Bay Public Notice: Proposed Lease Site Relocation - Issue Date: February 4, 2021 - Expiration Date: April 5, 2021. strong>This Public Notice identifies the Leaseholder who applied to relocate from its current lease site location to a one of the proposed lease sites.
