COVID-19 Vaccine Information

  • 1,052,957 people have received at least one vaccine dose, an increase of 1,459
  • 942,229 people have completed their vaccine series, an increase of 1,042
  • 71.1% of the total population of 1,481,093 has received at least one dose
  • 84.6% of the population ages 18+ has received at least one dose
  • 63.6% percent of the total population has completed the vaccine series
  • 76.5% of the population ages 18+ has completed the vaccine series, as of September 27, 2021
  • 74.2% of the population ages 12+ has completed the vaccine series, as of September 27, 2021

  • Walk-in vaccination clinics are offering vaccine to residents who are age 12 and older. No appointment is needed. Hospitalization, Suffolk County, data is from September 27, 2021

  • 217   individuals were hospitalized, a decrease of 6 in 24 hours
  • 20 were new admissions
  • 37 patients were in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), an increase of 1 in 24 hours
  • 26  patients were in the ICU and intubated
  • 24  were discharged since the last report
  • 16,241  have been discharged since March 22, 2020
