The Suffolk County Department of Social Services is seeking quotes, for its Child Support Enforcement Bureau (CSEB), from qualified laboratories, which are approved by New York State to perform Paternity Testing Services.
To be considered for this contract, your firm must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Certify that your firm is approved by New York State to perform Paternity Testing Services
If your firm meets the minimum requirement(s), and you are interested in submitting a quote, please submit your entire quote, including all of the information required pursuant to this SOQ, to Christine Irwin, by fax, email, mail or courier, as listed below.
Your written Quote submission must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on January 3, 2020.
Late Quote submission s Will Be Rejected.
