PLEASE NOTE that the Suffolk County Clerk’s official minutes for all cases commenced electronically or converted to electronic filing on and after December 15, 2017 are located in the New York State Courts Electronic Filing system. This system can be found at: https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/HomePage. PLEASE FURTHER NOTE that all hard copy filings for electronically filed cases commenced prior to December 15, 2017 or which are or have been remanded to County Court from Supreme Court pursuant to CPLR 325(d) will only be found in the County Clerk’s online minutes and which documents may be reviewed in the Suffolk County Clerk’s Riverhead facility upon making an appointment for that purpose.
