Childhood Vaccinations
Suffolk County offers childhood vaccinations to children up to age 19 who are uninsured or underinsured as outlined in New York State's Vaccines for Children program.
- Parents must bring hard copy of child's immunization record. Child must be accompanied by a Parent/Legal Guardian with documentation of guardianship.
- Masks must be worn.
CDC recommends the 2023–2024 updated COVID-19 vaccines.
The US Government is no longer purchasing COVID-19 vaccines for administration through the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program and updated 2023-2024 COVID-19 vaccines having now become available for private purchase in the commercial marketplace, the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program will discontinue.
Pfizer/Moderna Covid Vaccine available for all ages 6 months and above For VFC/ VFA eligible patients only
