County Executive Ed Romaine Announces Suffolk County Youth Job Fair

Job Seekers Aged 14+ & Parents Welcome to Apply with More than 50 Employers

HAUPPAUGE, NY— Suffolk County Executive Ed Romaine announced today that the Suffolk County Department of Labor is hosting a youth week job fair on Wednesday, May 14. Interested job seekers are encouraged to reach out to the Suffolk County Department of Labor beforehand for resume assistance and to obtain business attire through Career Couture

 

“Suffolk County is committed to helping our residents who are seeking employment, including those who are seeking their first jobs,” said Romaine. “Through the youth week job fair program, we are connecting motivated individuals to all types of employers for opportunities.”

 

The May 14 job fair is targeted toward youth ages 14 & up. Parents are also welcome to bring their resumes as employers will be looking to fill all varieties of positions.  

 

The fair is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 370 Vanderbilt Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY 11788.

 

The Suffolk County Department of Labor works with thousands of jobs seekers every year on their journey to employment.
