Suffolk County reported the following information related to COVID-19 on January 21, 2022. Last updated January 20, 2022

COVID-19 Vaccine Information

  • 1,187,321 people have received at least one vaccine dose, an increase of 1,317
  • 1,065,879  people is fully vaccinated, an increase of 1,110.
  • 80.2% of the total population of 1,481,093 has received at least one dose.
  • 92.7% of the population ages 18 and older has received at least one dose.
  • 71.9% percent of the total population is fully vaccinated.
  • 84.3% of the population ages 18 and older is fully vaccinated.
  • 76.7% of the population ages 5 and older is fully vaccinated.
  • 38.7% of fully vaccinated population have had a booster dose.

  • Walk-in vaccination clinics are offering COVID vaccines to Suffolk County residents who are age 5 and older as well as booster doses to all who are eligible. Appointments are recommended.
