Below is an inventory of Suffolk County Legislative meetings, Committee meetings, public hearings, and Suffolk County Council on Environmental Quality meetings where the proposed amendments to Chapter 475, Article II of the Suffolk County Code, as established during the conduct of the ALP Ten Year Review Project (Capital Project 7180.110), were presented, discussed, commented on and approved. Following the adoption of the Local Law 9-2021, the amended law had to be filed with the NYS Secretary of State and the amended Lease Program Maps had to be filed in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk. Included below is documentation memorializing the County’s completion of each process.
