Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone joined Department of Health Commissioner James Tomarken, MD, MPH, MBA, MSW, to invite residents who have diabetes to attend a free program that will enable them to manage their diabetes. 

There will be a meeting of the Patient Protection Oversight Committee on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 2p.m. to 4p.m.

James L. Tomarken, MD, MPH, MBA, MSW, Commissioner of the Suffolk County Department of Health Services, announced today that a Public Health Hearing has been scheduled for: Friday, April 22, 2016.

Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone and Department of Health Services Commissioner Dr. James Tomarken invite residents who are at risk for developing type-2 diabetes to participate, free of charge, in the county- administered National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP).
