What is the Technology Related Assistance Program (TRAID)?

The TRAID Program provides statewide coordination of assistive technology (AT) activities for people with disabilities and fosters the development of state and federal policies and programs to enhance the availability of assistive technology. The TRAID program is funded through a federal grant from the Administration on Community Living (ACL), NYS Department of Health Early Intervention Program (EI) and the Money Follows the Person (MFP) Program, NYS Department of Education ACCES-VR Program and administered by the New York State Justice Center.
