NOTICE: YOU MAY NOT APPEAR IN PERSON AT THE SUFFOLK COUNTY TPVA. DUE TO THE STATE OF EMERGENCY TO DEAL WITH THE CORONAVIRUS, SUFFOLK COUNTY TPVA PHYSICAL LOCATION WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC TO ENTER THE BUILDING.

All trials are suspended until further notice! If you received trial notice dated prior to December 7, 2020, your trial will not take place unless you are notified by mail to appear for a trial on the upcoming date of trial or on a new trial date.

The Suffolk County TPVA is a court of record and cannot discuss details of pending matters over the telephone.

Welcome to the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency (SCTPVA). SCTPVA was created by legislation on April 1, 2013. SCTPVA adjudicates parking summonses, red light camera citations and moving violations in the five western towns of Suffolk County. It is our goal to provide an efficient and expeditious service for adjudication of the above violations.
